you know that part on "benjamin button" where daisy and benjamin have moved in together into an empty apartment, with nothing but a mattress? ...and then they refer to those days as the best times of their lives?

thats basically how i feel right now. everyday i am filled with such appreciation of what has become. the weather has been sunny and brisk. justin and i have been busier than ever creating art. i have some how finally learned how to ignore things that really dont matter in the grand scheme of things.

i feel very content. maybe for the first time ever.

i still miss my pug.

some things...

...finally cleaned my room. made the bed. organized and got rid of some clothes.

...finished thank you cards and mailed out almost all of them. just a few left that need addresses.

...managed to lose my marriage license. which im really upset/frustrated about.

...started three new paintings.

...bought gifts for tom and my nephew, nicholas.
